| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中后继发癫痫与脑卒中的临床关系。方法对456例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果脑卒中后继发癫痫49例，占10．75％，癫痫发作类型以全身强直阵挛发作多见，脑卒中以缺血性脑血管病癫痫发作较多，占63．27％，脑卒中以皮层受累多见。结论脑卒中后癫痫发作与卒中时间、类型、发生部位有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical relationship of the post-stroke secondary epilepsy and stroke. Methods Four hundred and fifty-six patients with cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.
