| 摘 要： | 目的进一步明确慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的胃排空是否存在异常。方法采用磁示踪法对32例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的固相胃排空时间进行了测定,并与正常对照组进行了对比。结果 透析后的胃半排空时间与正常对照组比较,二者差别无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者胃排空时间是正常的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To further determine whether an abnormality of gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Gastric magnetic tracer method was employed to measure solid half - emptying time, The half - emptying time postdialysis in 32 patients and The Half - emptying time in 20 healthy volunteers were studied . Rsults Half - emptying time for postdialysis were not statistically different form controls ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis were normality. Gastric emptying could be improved by hemodialysis. |
