| 摘 要： | [目的]观察从虚瘀痰立法辨证综合治疗心悸疗效。[方法]将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例，口服中药汤剂三参汤加减，中药针剂静脉输液及口服中成药治疗。对照组50例，中药针剂静脉输液，口服中成药治疗。疗程均30日。[结果]中医辨证立法综合治疗心悸较中成药疗效好。 |
