| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:56例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为西药治疗组和中西医结合治疗组。西医治疗组26例,给予抗生素治疗;中西医结合治疗组30例,在抗生素治疗的基础上,根据中医临床辨证分型,加用不同的中药药方进行治疗。结果:中西医结合治疗组的总有效率(83%)明显高于西医治疗组(61%)。结论:中西医结合治疗呼吸相关肺炎效果良好,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating VAP in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treating VAP. Methods: 56 cases of VAP patients were randomly divided into two groups: western medicine group of 26 patients were given antibiotic treatment and integrative medicine treatment group with 30 patients were given antibiotic combined with Chinese medicine prescription which is on behalf of the guidance of TCM theory. Results: The total effective rate of integrative medicine treatment group (83%) was significantly better than that of the western medicine group (61%). Conclusion: The effect of integrative medicine on treating VAP is good, is worth promoting. |
