针刺排脓治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎86例体会

目的探讨哺乳期化脓性乳腺炎患者的治疗方法及观察疗效。方法采用针刺排脓、脓腔冲洗、局部抗生素注射、手法按摩排乳等方法相结合治疗，具有不开刀、避免传统的治疗方法切开引流、愈后不留疤痕、微创、痛苦小、治疗时间短、愈后乳房组织平软、无硬结等优点。结果86例化脓性乳腺炎（脓腔形成）患者均治愈，并能够正常哺乳，同时避免乳腺切开引流给哺乳期患者造成的痛苦。结论此方法通过大量临床试验证实，治愈率100％，疗效显著，值得推广。

Acupuncture and drainage for 86 cases of acute suppurative mastitis

Objective To investigate the treatment and therapeutic effects in the patients of suppurative mastitis with lactation.Methods Acupuncture and drainage,abscess irrigation,local antibiotics injections and manual massage were adopted for milk excretion and treatment.The method could avoid the operation,incision and drainage in the traditional method of treatment and the prognosis does not leave scars with less invasive and painful results.Treatment time is short and the prognosis of breast tissue is soft with no induration.Results Eighty-six patients of suppurative mastitis(abscess formation) were all cured and could have normal breast-feeding.The suffering caused by breast incision and drainage could be avoided for breast-feeding patients.Conclusion It is improved through a large number of clinical treatment and observation that the therapeutic effects are significant and worth promoting.The cure rate can reach 100%.
