生脉胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的疗效研究

目的观察生脉胶囊治疗血管性痴呆（vascular dementia，VD）的作用。方法采用随机对照的研究方法，80例轻中度VD患者随机分为治疗组（n=40，口服生脉胶囊2片，tid）和对照组（n=40，口服多奈哌齐片5mg，qd）。疗程均为60d。治疗前后采用简易智力状态检查表（MMSE）、Blessed行为量表（BBS）和血管性痴呆的中医辨证量表（SDSVD）进行评分。结果治疗60d后，两组的MMSE评分均较治疗前上升（P〈0．05），BBS、SDSVD评分均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），两组的MMSE升高率及BBS降低率均无显著差异；治疗组的SDSVD评分下降率大于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组未见明显药物不良作用。结论生脉胶囊治疗VD安全有效，值得推广。

Curative effect study on treatment of vascular dementia with Shengmai capsule

Objective To observe the effect of shengmai capsule in treating vascular dementia(VD).Methods Randomize controlled method was adopted to observe the effect of treatment.80 patients with VD of mild or middle degree were randomly assigned into two groups.Treatment group was administered with Shengmai capsule and control group was treated with Donepezil pill for 60 days.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Blessed Behaviour Scale(BBS),the scale for the differentiation of syndromes of vascular dementia(SDSVD) were used for evaluating score before and after treatment.Results After 60 days of treatment,MMSE scores of two groups increased(P < 0.05),BBS and SDSVD scores of two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).The increased rate of MMSE in treatment group had no statistical difference compared with control group,the decreased rate of BBS in treatment group had no statistical difference compared with control group,the decreased rate of SDSVD in treatment group was higher then control group(P < 0.05).The adverse effects were few or slight in treatment group.Conclusion Shengmai capsule is effective and have less adverse reactions in the treatment of VD and is worth speading.
