| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨干燥无菌持物镊的有效使用时限。方法:对连续使用中的干燥无菌持物镊进行不同时间段的细菌学检测。结果:干燥无菌持物镊在8h内连续使用,检测均无菌生长。结论:只要严格执行无菌操作,无论在不同的区域环境,不同的使用频率,还是不同的连续使用时间,干燥无菌持物镊在8h内连续使用都是安全的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effective limited time of using the dry aseptic forceps. Method The dry aseptic forceps were continuously used examined in bacteriology in different time. Result The dry aseptic forceps that had been continuously used within 8 hours proved to be no bacterium by examining. Conclusion No matter what different surroundings,different using frequency or different continuous using time ,if the operation can be strictly carried out with no bacterium,the dry aseptic forceps continuously used within 8 hours are safety. |
