| 摘 要： | 用琼脂对倍稀释法检测了204株淋球菌对10种抗生素的敏感性，并对产β－内酰胺酶的淋球菌菌株（PPNG）进行了检测。结果显示，耐青霉素菌株达53．43％，耐四环素、红霉素和强力霉素菌株分别为36．76％、56．86％和26．47％，美满霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星均有耐药菌株出现，头泡三嗪和壮观霉素100％敏感。共检测到PPNG菌株17株（8．33％）。

| Abstract: | The susceptibilities of 204 gonococcal isolates including penicillinase producing NG(PPNG) strains to ten antibiotics was detected. The results showed that the strains of NG to penicillin resistance were 53.43%. The strains with resistance to tetracycline, erythromycin and doxycycline were 36.76%, 56.86% and 26.47%,respectively. A few strains were resistance to minocycline, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. All of the isolates were susceptible to ceftraxone and spectinomycin. 17 of 204 isolates produced penicillinase. |
