喉鳞状细胞癌中PUMA、P53基因的表达及其临床意义

目的:研究PUMA、P53在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中表达,探讨PUMA在喉鳞癌发生发展中作用及与P53的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例喉癌组织以及16例癌旁组织中的PUMA和P53的表达情况。结果:PUMA在喉癌中的表达阳性率(62.5%)低于癌旁组织(87.5%),P<0.05,PUMA的表达与喉鳞癌患者的颈淋巴结转移及预后有关。P53在喉癌中的表达阳性率(65.0%)高于癌旁组织(0%),P<0.01,P53的表达与喉鳞癌患者的肿瘤分化程度、颈淋巴结转移及预后有关。PUMA与P53在喉鳞癌中的表达呈负相关关系。结论:PUMA可能是喉鳞癌的一个重要的预后标记物。P53的表达与肿瘤分化、淋巴结转移有关,可作为判断预后的一个有意义的指标。

Expression of PUMA and P53 in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Their Clinical Significance

Objective: To study the expression of PUMA and P53 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and the relation between PUMA and P53.Methods: The expression of PUMA and P53 protein were examined by immunohistochemical method in 40 cases of LSCC and 16 cases of para-carcinoma tissue.Results: PUMA protein positive expressive rate in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(62.5%) was lower than that in the para-carcinoma tissue(87.5%),P<0.05.The expression of PUMA protein was correlated with cervical lymph node mestastasis and prognosis.P53 positive expressive rate in LSCC(65.0%) was higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissue(0%),P<0.01.The expression of P53 protein was correlated with tumor differentiation grade,cervical lymph node mestastasis and prognosis.There was a negative relationship between the expression of PUMA and P53 in LSCC.(Conclusion:) The expression of PUMA may be an important prognostic marker for LSCC.The expression of P53 protein was correlated with tumor differentiation grade,cervical lymph node mestastasis and can be used as a valuable marker for the prognosis of LSCC.
