腹腔镜与开腹肝切除手术的护理比较

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹手术的护理工作．提高护理质量。方法选择2002年7月～2005年2月在解放军总医院肝胆外三科行肝切除病例腹腔镜组51例和开腹组75例，前者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，后者采用开腹式手术治疗，回顾性比较2组病人的术前和术后护理．术后主要比较内容包括：2组的离床活动、肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院天数。结果腹腔镜手术与开腹手术术前护理基本相同；而术后护理比较，前者优点是显著的（P〈0.01）。结论腹腔镜手术的护理时间短．恢复快．有效提高了护理质量。

Comparison of nursing on laparoscopic hepatectomy and open hepatectomy

Objective To compare the nursing characteristics of laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH) and open hepatectomy(OH) in order to improve nursing quality.Methods 51 patients with LH and 75 patients with OH in the General Hospital of PLA were included in this study.The perioperation nursing of two groups were compared,which included the time of postoperative down-bed,fart time,postoperative eating time and days of stay-in hospital.Results The preoperational nursing of LH and OH was almost same;however,in post operation nursing,the former had more strongpoint than the latter.Conclusions Compared with open hepatectomy,laparoscopic hepatectomy can short the nursing time and the patients recovery more quickly,so nursing quality is improved.
