经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者自我管理行为现状及影响因素分析

目的 调查经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者自我管理行为现状分析其影响因素。方法 采用冠心病自我管理行为量表、医学应对方式问卷、简易疾病感知问卷、家庭关怀度指数问卷对208例行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者进行调查。结果 术后3个月患者自我管理总得分为（82.51±11.45）分,多重回归分析显示文化程度、居住状况、疾病感知、家庭功能、应对方式可解释自我管理行为变异的60.8%。结论 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者自我管理行为处于中等偏低水平,医护人员应重视患者对疾病的认知以及家庭功能对患者的自我管理行为的影响。

Influence Factors of Self-management Behavior of Patients with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To investigate the self-management behavior of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention and to analyze the influence factors. Methods A total of 208 patients were investigated by using the Coronary Artery Disease Self-management Scale, Medical Coping Style Questionnaire, Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire and Family APGAR Index. Results The self-management score was (82.51±11.45) 3 months after the operation. Multiple regression analysis showed that education background, living status, illness perception, family function, and coping style could explain 60.8% of the variation of self-management behavior. Conclusion The self-management of patients after PCI is at a moderately low level. Medical staff should pay attention to the patients' cognition on the disease and the influence of family function on patient's self-management behavior.
