磁共振成像对斜坡转移瘤的诊断价值

目的:分析斜坡转移瘤的MRI表现,评价MRI对斜坡转移瘤的诊断价值。方法:应用Toshiba 1.5T磁共振扫描仪对12例斜坡转移瘤患者行颅脑或颈椎T1WI,T2WI和增强扫描。结果:斜坡转移瘤MRI发现斜坡骨质信号异常,表现为T1WI低信号,T2WI等或略高信号,有明显强化。病变范围表现为局限于斜坡、斜坡和颅底受累,合并脑转移、颈椎转移等多种形式。原发肿瘤分别为肺癌6例,鼻咽癌4例,乳癌2例。结论:MRI能够对斜坡转移瘤大小、形态、侵犯范围准确诊断,为临床提供重要信息。

MRI evaluation of metastatic tumor in the clivus

Objective: To analyze MRI features and evaluate the value of MRI diagnosis in the clivus metastasis. Methods: Twelve patients were found clivus metastases by MRI. T1WI, T2WI and contrast-enhanced MRI were performed. Results: The clivus metastatic tumors displayed T1WI hypo-intensity, T2WI iso- or hyper-intensity signal and significant contrast enhancement. The lesion involved clivus only, clivus and basal skull, and involvement of brain or cervical vertebrae. Clivus metastatic tumors came from pulmonary carcinoma(6 cases), nasopharyngeal carcinoma(4 cases) and breast carcinoma(2 cases). Conclusions: MRI can demonstrate the size, shape and extension of the clivus metastasis, and provide important informations for the clinic.
