摘    要:目的:建立少腹逐瘀颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent 1100液相色谱仪,SHIMADZU C18柱(4.6mm×150mm),流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70),流速0.9mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.1202-0.7212μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.53(n=6)。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective:To determine Paeoniflorin in shaofuzhuyu Granule.Methods:Agilent 1100 HPLC and SHIMADZU C18 column(4.6mm×150mm)was eluted,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water at the column temperature 30℃.The flow rate was 0.9mL/min and detective wavelength was 230nm.Results:Paeoniflorin was proved to be linear in the range of 0.1202~0.7212μg with a regression coefficient of 0.9996.The average recovery was 98.9%(n=6,RSD=0.53%).Conclusion:This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quality control of this preparation.
