对早期康复介入防治卒中后肩痛的认识

对卒中患者早期介入康复治疗,不仅能预防肩痛的发生,而且对已发生肩痛的患者早期进行积极康复治疗可以缓解肩痛。在卒中后肩痛的治疗上,首先应当重视预防,早期进行良肢位的摆放,主被动运动患侧上肢,包括低频等一些物理治疗,可以避免偏瘫肩痛的发生。对卒中后已发生肩痛的患者,我们应当针对具体原因,如：肩关节半脱位、肩挛缩、肩手综合征、误用综合征等,针对不同原因采取相应康复措施,从而达到缓解肩痛的疗效。
