| 摘 要： | 目的：对慢性功能性便秘症状的诊断标准进行量化研究。方法：采用文献研究自制便秘调查表,使用ROC分析确定便秘的诊断标准。结果：通过分析366例患者和200例正常对照组,得出本量表便秘的诊断阈值为11分。结论：初步确定慢性功能性便秘的症状量化诊断标准,可作为快速诊断和筛选的依据,可作临床诊断与疗效评价的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective：The aim of this research was to quantificat the diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation.Method：On the base of literature research,we made constipation.scale.We used ROC analysis to determine the diagnostic criteria of constipation.Result：By analyzing 366 patients and 200 normal persons,we found the testing threshold of constipation in our scale is 11.Conclusion：We preliminary determined the quantification diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation symptoms.This study can be the reference of quick diagnosis and screening.It can also be the reference of clinical diagnosis and.therapeutic evaluation. |
