酒龙胆中獐牙菜苦苷含量测定方法研究

摘    要:目的:建立酒龙胆中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸水(30:10:300);检测波长为240nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果:獐芽菜苦苷进样量在0.8224~4.112μg时呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);加样回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.35%。结论:本法操作简便,分离效果良好。

Abstract:Objective:A HPLC method for determination of swertiamarin in Gentiana scabra Bge.processed with wine was established.Methods:Agilient C18 column,UV detector at 240nm of wavelength,a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.025mol/L phosphate acid(30:10:300)and 1.0mL·min-1 of flow rate.Result:The calibration curves were linear for swertianmarin within 0.8224~4.112μg(r=0.9997).The recovery was 96.8%(RSD=1.35%).Conclusion:This method is simple and the separate result is satisfactory.
