| 摘 要： | 目的：建立酒龙胆中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸水（30：10：300）;检测波长为240nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果：獐芽菜苦苷进样量在0.8224~4.112μg时呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9997）;加样回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.35%。结论：本法操作简便,分离效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective：A HPLC method for determination of swertiamarin in Gentiana scabra Bge.processed with wine was established.Methods：Agilient C18 column,UV detector at 240nm of wavelength,a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.025mol/L phosphate acid（30：10：300）and 1.0mL·min-1 of flow rate.Result：The calibration curves were linear for swertianmarin within 0.8224~4.112μg（r=0.9997）.The recovery was 96.8%（RSD=1.35%）.Conclusion：This method is simple and the separate result is satisfactory. |
