《伤寒杂病论》与《辅行诀》《汤液经》《内经》关系探究

首先从《甲乙经》序、《汉书·艺文志》著录以及仲景自序、《古本康平伤寒论》等史料推求《伤寒论》渊源；其次旁引敦煌遗书《辅行诀五脏用药法要》文字与方药，证明其与仲景书有亲缘关系，皆源于古《伊尹汤液经》；又通过分析《伤寒》与《内经》的内容，结合伤寒原序，认为“仲景写成《伤寒论》不过数年之功”，没有“成熟的方书”作为参照是不可能的，说明《伤寒》的确源于《汤液经》等古经方，而并非依据《内经》理论自造。

Exploration of the Relationship of Shanghanlun Fuxingjue Tangyejing and Neijing

First, Shanghanlun＇s origins are ascertained from the preface of Jiayijing and the record of Hanshu-Yiwenzhi as well as the preface of Shanghanlun, the ancient Kangping Shanghanlun and other historical material ; followed by citations of Dunhuang old book Fuxingjue＇s main method of medicine use on five internal organs - to prove that it has a relationship with Zhongjing＇s book and are all derived from the ancient Yiyin Tangyejing; and through the analysis of the contents of Shanghanlun and Neijing, combined with the preface of Shanghanlun, a conclusion was drawn ： Shanghanlun was written in only a few years, and it was impossible to finish such a great work without mature medicine book as a reference. Shanghanlun is derived from the ancient Yiyin Tangyejing and other ancient books, rather than based on Neijing＇s theory and self-made.
