甲状腺疾病责之阳气异常

近年来，甲状腺疾病的发病率逐年攀升，越来越引起广大医学工作者和社会群众的关注。现代医学治疗甲状腺疾病尚无突破性进展，中医治疗多从痰浊、瘀血论治，治疗上多采用化痰软坚散结之法。文章中，作者结合临床体会从阳气异常角度论述了甲状腺疾病的发病原因，分述为：阳气升发过度，阳气升发不及和木郁克土3种情况，并指出了大致用药方向，以期给读者提供一条治疗甲状腺疾病的新思路，为更多的甲状腺患者解除痛苦。

Thyroid Disease is Blame to Abnormity of Yangqi

In recent years, the incidence rate of the Thyroid Disease elevates year by year, which is causing the general medicine worker and social populace＇s attention more and more. Now, modem medicine treatment of the thyroid disease still has no breakthrough progress. Usually, Chinese medicine practitioners consider that the reason of the thyroid disease are the phlegm and haemostasis and they treat it by removing the phlegm and resolving the hard lamps. In this article, the author discusses the reason of the thyroid disease on the ahnormity of the yangqi with her clinical experience, which is described as three cases ： the excessive movement of yangqi, the deficient movement of yangqi and wood restricting earth. Further more, the author points out the direction of prescribing medications, expecting to provide a new way to treat the thyroid disease and to help more patients relieve pain.
