| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方风湿宁片对类风湿性关节炎（RA）的疗效。方法：采用分层区组随机化方法挑选受试者;采用t检验、卡方检验、Fisher确切概率法、Wilcoxon符号秩和检验等方法检测类风湿因子（RF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）等指标的变化。结果：治疗组在治疗前后比较各项指标均有所降低（P〈0.05）,RA临床症状得到明显改善。结论：复方风湿宁片治疗类风湿性关节炎有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observe the therapeutic of compound rheumatism Ning for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Choose participants using the method of Stratified random group district;detection differences of the index for RF,CRP,ESR using the method of t test,A chi-square test,Fisher exact probability method,etc.Results：Each index were compared before and after treatment decreases in treatment group（P0.05）,Clinical symptoms of RA were improved.Conclusion：Compound rheumatism Ning have certain curative effect for rheumatoid arthritis. |
