N末端脑钠肽在鉴别心源性和肺源性呼吸困难中的应用研究

[目的]探讨N末端脑钠肽（NT-proBNP）对心源性和肺源性呼吸困难的鉴别价值。[方法]用酶免疫分析法测定100例呼吸困难患者血浆中的NT-proBNP浓度,包括心源性呼吸困难和肺源性呼吸困难,观察两组患者血浆NT-proBNP的浓度。同时测定50例健康体检者的NT-proBNP浓度作为对照组做比较分析。[结果]两组患者的BNP浓度,心源性呼吸困难组（2932.80±1808.44）pg/mL明显高于肺源性呼吸困难组（282.73±239.05）pg/mL,两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]NT-proBNP可作为鉴别心源性呼吸困难和肺源性呼吸困难的一个客观指标,其方法简单快速、特异性好、敏感性高,具有显著的临床意义。

Value of NT-proBNP in differential diagnosis of dyspnea which caused by heart disease or pulmonary disease
