| 摘 要： | 对３０例直肠癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）和肿后坏死日子（ＴＮＦ）表达水平进行了动态及临床分期观察，并以３０例正常人作为对照。结果表明：直肠癌患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＴＮＦ水平较正常人显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），其中ＤｕｋｅｓＣ，Ｄ期ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平又明显高于ＤｕｋｅｓＡ，Ｂ期（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。手术治疗一周后，ｓＩＬ一２Ｒ未见下降，患者机体仍处于免疫抑制状态。提示手术后患者免疫功能的恢复可能是一个较为缓慢的过程。

| Abstract: | he results of serum sIL-2R and TNF expression before and after operation in 30 rectalcarcinoma patients and in 30 healthy controls are reported. sIL-2R and TNF expression insera from rectal carcinoma was remarkably enhanced than from healthy controls. In DukesC, D stage of rectal carcinoma, sIL-2R concentrations were significantly higher than inDukes A ,B stage (P<0. 01). The concentrations of sIL-2R did not decline in a week afteroperation. It is suggested that the patients would still be in a state of immune suppressionand the recovery of immune abnormality might be a longer course. TNF expression in eachstage had no specificity and the concentrations of a week after operation were significantlydecreased than before operation . |
