| 摘 要： | 目的通过2477例不育男性的染色体检查分析,探讨遗传性因素在男性不育症中的重要性。方法采取2477例不育男性的外周血进行染色体核型分析。结果检出染色体异常465例,阳性检出率为18．7%,其中明显异常348例(14．0%),多态等微细变异117例(4．7%)。结论染色体异常是男性不育的重要病因,染色体检查不但有助于明确诊断而且可避免盲目治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chromosome analysis of 2477 infertil men.Methods Karyotypes of 2477 infertile men were analyzed by chromosome G banding and C banding analysis.Results There were 465 cases abnormal chromosome(18.7 percent),including 348 various abnormal karyotypes markedly and 117 small chromosome polymorphisms.Conclusion Chromosome abnormality is an important cause in male infertility.Routine chromosome screening of infertile men is not only useful diagnosis and but also avoid blind therapy. |
