小剂量地佐辛复合曲马多用于胆囊切除术后镇痛效果观察

目的比较小剂量地佐辛复合曲马多与单独用地佐辛、曲马多的术后镇痛效果。方法 60例胆囊切除术患者随机分为地佐辛组、复合组及曲马多组,观察VAS评分、不良反应及治疗费用等。结果与曲马多组相比,地佐辛组和复合组在2、6、12、24、48 h各时间点的心率、血压、VAS分值差异具有统计学意义;地佐辛组和复合组两组之间差异无统计学意义。相对于单纯应用曲马多组,复合组治疗费明显降低。结论小剂量地佐辛复合曲马多在胆囊切除术后镇痛效果、不良反应方面与单用地佐辛相当,费用节省。

Clinical observation of analgesic effect of a small dose of dezocine combined with tramadol after cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the analgesic effects of dezocine with the complex of dezocine and tramadol. Methods Sixty cases of cholecystecomy were randomly divided into three groups：dezocine, tramadol and the complex of dezocine and tramadol. VAS, adverse re- action and treatment cost was observed. Results Compared with tramadol group, the heart rate, blood pressure and VAS in 2,6,12,24 and 48 hour of dezocine and the complex of dezocine and tramadol had statistically significant difference. Difference between those of dezocine and the complex of dezocine was not statistically significant. However,lower cost existed in the complex of dezocine group. Con- clusion The analgesic effects of dezocine combined with tramadol and its adverse reaction in cholecystectomy postoperative analgesia was as same as dezocine＇ s,but with much lower cost.
