摘    要:目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定清痤颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,依利特C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈:0.4%磷酸溶液13∶87为流动相,检测波长327 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml.min-1。结果绿原酸浓度范围在10.08~60.48 mg.L-1之间峰面积(Y)与浓度(X)线性关系良好。平均回收率95.08%,RSD=2.13%。结论该方法操作简单,分离效果好,可用于清痤颗粒制剂质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in qingcuo granule by HPLC.Methods An HPLC method was established.The chromatographic column was Elite C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acid-acetonitrile:0.4% phosphoric(13∶ 87) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was from 10.08 mg·L-1 to 60.48 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 95.08%,and RSD was 2.13%.Conclusion The method is simple and has good separation efficiency,which can be used for quality control of qingcuo granule.
