摘    要:目的:探讨P物质(SP)对大鼠离体腺垂体黄体生成素(LH)和睾丸睾硐(T)分泌的影响。方法:应用离体组织培养和放射免疫分析技术,观察不同浓度的SP是否对腺垂体LH和睾丸T的分泌有直接作用。结果:实验组的睾丸组织培养液中的T的含量随着SP浓度的逐渐增大而越来越少,与对照组比较差异有显著性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of substance P on the secretion of pituitary luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone(T) of male rats in vitro. Methods: we used tissue culture and radioimmunoassay to determine if SP had any direct effect on the secretion of LH and T. Results: The amount of T decreased significantly in the experimental group as the concentration of SP increased ,whereas SP didn't have any effect on LH content. Conclusion: SP might play a directly inhibitary role in testis T secretion in vitro, but it could not affect on the secretion of LH.
