128例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病血清AST CK及LDH测定分析

目的 :了解 HIE患儿与 AST、CK及 L DH含量之间的联系。方法 :速率法。结果 :HIE预后不良组与预后正常组比较 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :检测的血清酶谱对 HIE预后判断的探讨及指导临床治疗有一定的重要意义

Analysis on Determination of AST CK and LDH in Serum of 128 HIE Patients

Purpoe To detect the relation between hypoxi ischemia encephalopathy (HIE) patients and AST, CK, LDH in serum. Methods DGKC was used. Results There was significant difference (P<0.01), when the bad group of prognosis was compared to the normal group of prognosis of HIE patients. Conclusion The determination of enzymi spectrim in serum takes some importance for judgement of prognosis and guide clinical treatment in HIE patients.
