| 摘 要： | 目的:观察应用动力髁螺钉联合骨肽注射液治疗股骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:78例股骨髁上骨折患者随机分为:对照组(39例)和治疗组(39例),两组均应用动力髁螺钉治疗,治疗组加用骨肽注射液治疗。随访进行膝关节功能评价,并记录骨愈合时间。结果:治疗组与对照组相比骨折愈合时间提前,且膝关节功能评价结果明显优于对照组结果。结论:应用动力髁螺钉联合骨肽注射液治疗股骨髁上骨折疗效确切。

The Clinical Observation of Treating Femoral Supracondylar Fracture with Dynamic Condylar Screw and Bone Peptide Injection |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effectiveness of treating femoral supracondylar fracture with dynamic condylar screw and bone peptide injection.Method:78 patients with femoral supracondylar fracture were divied into to two groups randomly: the control group(39 cases) and the treatment group(39 cases).The two groups were both treated with dynamic condylar screw,and the treatment grouped were traeted with bone peptide injection beside the bacical treatment.The effectiveness was followed up.Otherwise,the fracture healing time and the evaluation of knee function were detected.Results: Compared with the control group,the results of effect in the treatmentgroup was better than that of control group.Conclusion: Dynamic condylar screw combined with bone peptide injection was good at treating femoral supracondylar fracture. |
