精神分裂症患者服用不同抗精神病药物的主观舒适度200例调查分析

目的：了解服用不同抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者的主观舒适度。方法：对200例使用不同抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者测评抗精神病药物治疗中主观舒适度（SWN）简表、简明精神症状量表（BPRS）、药物副反应量表（TESS）。结果：氯丙嗪组、氯氮平组及氟哌啶醇组患者SWN评分接近，任意两组差异无显著性（P〉0．05），奋乃静组、舒必利组、维思通组及阿立哌唑组患者SWN评分接近，任意两组差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但前三组中任一组与后四组中任一组间差异有显著性（P〈0．01），且随着药物剂量的增大，SWN评分越来越低（r=-0．79）。结论：精神分裂症患者服用不同种类和不同剂量的抗精神病药物，主观舒适度不同。

Investigated analysis of subjective well- being on 200 schizophrenic patients who are treated with various antipsychotic drugs

Objective:To explore the influences suffer from the variors antipsychotic drugs in the schizophrenic patients'treatment.Methods: 200 schizophrenic patients under various antipsychotic drugs were tested by Subjective Well-being under Neuroleptics(SWN) Short Form.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scal(TESS).Results: There is no distinguish among the team of Chlorpromazine.Clozapine and Haldol,and it is the same among the team of Trilafon.Sulpiride.Respidal and Aripiprazole(P>0.05).But there is a significant distinguish between the former three teams and the latter four teams(P<0.01),and with the dose of the drugs aised,the SWN score is lowered.Conclusion: The influences of subjective well-being on the schizophrenic patients are various from the kind of the antipsychotic drugs and its dose.
