辽藁本种子生物学特性研究

摘    要:[目的]为规范中药材种子市场,对辽藁本种子生物学特性进行研究,初步制定辽藁本种子检验方法。[方法]参照《国际种子检验规程》(ISTA1996)和GB/T3543—1995(农作物种子检验规程》,筛选适合辽藁本种子质量检验的方法。[结果]初步建立辽藁本种子质量检验方法,制定种子扦样、净度分析、发芽实验和千粒重检验方法。[结论]辽藁本科子在15℃、纸上进行发芽实验较为适宜;光照与否对辽藁本种子萌发没有显著影响活力;百粒法和千粒法均可以用来进行种子质量测定。

Abstract:[Objective] To make rules for Ligusticum jeholense seed testing. [Methods] Referring to the International Seed Testing Kutes made by ISTA and Rules for agricultural seed testing (GB /T 3543-1995) issued by China, the optimal testing methods of seed quality of Ligusticum jeholense were screened. [Results] It was appropriate for Ligusticum jeholense to germinate on paper in the 15 ℃. Light was not necessary for germination of Ligusticum jeholense. However, low temperature was essential for storage of Ligusticum jeholense.[Conclusion] The rules for Ligusticum jeholense seed testing ,including sampling, purity analysis, germination and thousand kernel weight has been initially established.
