| 摘 要： | 良恶性胸腹水的鉴别诊断在临床上具有极其重要的意义,尤其是恶性胸腹水的早期诊断相对更困难。近年来流式细胞术（flow cytometry）被广泛地应用于临床上胸腹水良恶性的鉴别诊断中。相对于传统的恶性检出率只有30%的脱落细胞学而言,流式细胞术多参数鉴别诊断势必成为临床诊断的一个重要依据和指标。本文就流式细胞术在良恶性胸腹水鉴别诊断的检查指标研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion is extremely important in the clinical significance, especially in the early diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion is relatively more difficult. In recent years, flow cytometry is widely used in the clinical differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion in. Relative to conventional detection rate of only 30 % in terms of cytology, flow cytometry become a clinical diagnosis an important basis and targets. In this paper, flow cytometry in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion examination Indexes reviewed. |
