儿童多动症危险因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解儿童多动症(ADHD)的流行病学特点及危险因素,为采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用Conners教师问卷对1502名6~11岁儿童进行ADHD筛查,共筛查出74例具有多动倾向的儿童作为病例组,选择与病例组儿童的年龄、性别、年级和智力水平相同的74例作为对照组。对ADHD的危险因素进行单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果ADHD的患病率为4.93%。其中男生患病率为7.76%,女生患病率为1.92%,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。Logistic回归分析表明父母关系不良和教养方式不当(P〈0.05)是ADHD的危险因素。结论父母教养方式及父母关系与ADHD的发生有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective To know the epidemiological characters and risk factors for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) among children,and to provide basis for intervention measures.Methods By using Conners Teacher Rating Scale(TRS),1 502 children aged 6-11 were chosen for screening ADHD children.A case-control study was made among 74 ADHD children and another 74 normal ones with the same age,sex,grade and intellectual quality level.Univariable factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were using for risk factors of ADHD.Results The total prevalence of ADHD was(4.93%.) There was significant difference of the prevalence between girls(1.92%) and boys(7.76%,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis indicated that relationship between parents and incorrect rearing styles(P<0.05) were the risk factors for ADHD.Conclusion Parents rearing styles and parents' relationship are related to the incidence of ADHD.
