贵阳市人群血清中抗弓形虫体的调查

本文报道用间接血凝试验检测贵阳市部份人群血清中的抗弓形虫抗体。检测507人,抗体阳性者62人,阳性率12.23％。不同人群的阳性率不同,其中血库供血者为6.50％,肾炎病人为24.00％;动物室工作人员的阳性率最高达35.00%。并结合不同人群阳性率的各异进行了讨论。

A Survey of Human Sera Antibodies to Toxoplasma Gondii in Guiyang

The Indirect Hemagglutination Test (IHA) was used to detect the Toxoplasma antibodies of 507 human sera in various groups including 200 blood donors, 75 nephritic patients and 20 workers in the animal house et al. The result showed 12.23% positive of the 507 sera, among which the positive rates of the above groups were 6.5%, 24% and 35% respectively, The different positive rates showed that the infection of Toxoplasma gondii have relations with feeding occupation and the Toxoplasma gondii could be a pathogen of nepnritis and the Donor ought to detect in advance if he has antibody of Txoplasma gondii. All of these were discussed in detail in this paper.
