摘    要:目的:探讨高敏c-反应蛋白水平(hs—CRP)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)间的关系,并判断预后。方法:对2006年7月至2008年9月在我院接受治疗的91例AMI患者血清hs—cRP进行分析,并跟踪随访患者的预后。结果:本组血清hs—CRP浓度显著升高者为70例(占76.92%),24h达到峰值(60.80±4.30)mg/L;随访3个月正常组死亡率和心血管事件发生率分别为4.76%、28.57%,升高组分别为28.57%、62.86%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:大多数AMI患者hs—CRP明显升高,且hs—CRP水平对AMI预后判定有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the correlation of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein and acute myocardiaI infarction, then to predict the prognosis. Method: The high -sensitivity C -reactive protein level of 91 cases with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from July 2006 to September 2008 were ana- lyzed, and the prognosis of patients were followed - up. Result: The level of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein in 70 cases(76.92% )was heightened obviously, and achieved the peak value (60.80 ± 4.30mg/L) in 24 hours. Followed- up for 3 months, the death rate and heart- blood incidents were 4.76%, 28.57% in the normal group and 28.57%, 62.86% ;In the heighten group respectively, and there were significant difference in two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The high - sensitivity C - reactive protein level of AMI patient is distinctly higher in majority, and the level of which is important for predicting the prognosis.
