老年肺部感染患者的治疗及临床护理研究

目的探讨对老年肺部感染患者的临床治疗及护理措施的经验总结。方法采集我院2006年10月~2009年8月收治的124例老年人肺部感染患者治疗的情况进行临床监测及综合调查和分析。结果124例肺部感染老年患者治疗结果良好,其中74例患者得以痊愈,占59.7%;好转患者37例,占29.8%;死亡患者13例,占10.5%。结论对老年肺部感染患者给予早期评估,及时、准确的诊断并进行有针对性的有效治疗,可以有效防治病情的进展及恶化。

Study foe the treatment and clinical nursing for elderly patients with pulmonary infection

Objective To study and summarize the experience for clinical treatment and nursing countermeasure for senior patients with lung infection. Method The treatment of 124 senior patients with lung infection from October 2006 to August 2009 in our hospital were clinical monitored, surveyed and analyzed. Result 124 senior patients with lung infection was achieved effective curative result. 74 of them was fully recovered, account for 59.7%. 37 cases was being improved, account for 29.8%. 13 cases were dead, account for 10.5%. Conclusion The condition of sen- ior patients with lung infection can he preventive and improved by early evaluation, timing and effective diagnosis and targeted therapy.
