心理脆弱在大学生负性生活事件与交往焦虑中的中介效应

摘    要:目的 探讨心理脆弱在大学生自评负性生活事件与交往焦虑之间的中介效应,为进行有效的健康干预提供依据。方法 抽取辽宁省锦州市(锦州医科大学)、大连市(大连医科大学)、沈阳市(中国医科大学)3所高校大学生,采用心理脆弱量表(MVQ)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和交往焦虑量表(IAS)对1?238例大学生进行问卷调查。结果 负性生活事件(63.94±19.06)分,心理脆弱(46.58±13.13)分,交往焦虑(34.95±9.58)分。负性生活事件得分与心理脆弱、交往焦虑得分均呈正相关(P?<0.05),心理脆弱得分与交往焦虑得分呈正相关(P?<0.05),心理脆弱在大学生负性生活事件与交往焦虑间起部分中介作用。结论 负性生活事件主要通过心理脆弱的中介作用对大学生交往焦虑产生间接效应,心理脆弱可降低负性生活事件对交往焦虑的不良影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mediating effect of mental vulnerability between adolescent self-rating life events check list and interaction anxiousness among undergraduate students, and to provide the basis for effective health intervention. Methods We selected undergraduate students from three colleges in Jinzhou (Jinzhou medical university), Dalian (Dalian medical university) and Shenyang (China Medical University), and A total of 1238 undergraduate students completed a survey that included Mental Vulnerability Questionnaire (MVQ), Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC) and Interaction Anxiousness Scale (IAS). ResuIts The scores of life events, mental vulnerability and interaction anxiousness were (63.94?±?19.06), (46.58?±?13.13) and (34.95?±?9.58), respectively.
