超声导入技术配合药物治疗体股癣的临床疗效观察

目的探讨超声导入技术配合药物治疗体股癣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将于该院就诊的80 名体股癣皮肤病患者随机分为两组，观察组为超声导入仪配合药物治疗，对照组为直接涂抹药物治疗，在治疗第7 与第14 天时进行疗效观察、真菌镜检和不良反应评价。结果对两组患者进行治疗观察后发现，在治疗第7天和第14 天时，有效率观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义70% vs 15%（χ2=24.750， P=0.001）；90% vs65%（χ2=7.170，P =0.015）]，观察组高于对照组；且真菌清除率观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义95%vs 72.5%（χ2=7.440，P =0.012）]。两组治疗后不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P =0.712）。结论超声导入技术配合药物治疗能加快药物在患处的起效时间，提高药物对体股癣的治疗效果，提高治疗后真菌清除率。

Clinical effect of drugs lead-in by ultrasonic wave in treatment of patients with tinea corporis and tinea cruris

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs lead-in by ultrasonic wave in the treatment of tinea corporis and tinea cruris. Methods Eighty patients with tinea corporis or tinea cruris were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of the observation group were treated with drugs lead-in by ultrasonic wave and those of the control group were directly applied with drugs. Then symptom scores, clinical efficacy, fungus microscopic examination, and adverse effects were evaluated on Day 7 and Day 14 of treatment. Results As compared to the control group, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased on Day 7 70%vs 15%,P < 0.05] and Day 14 90% vs 65%,P < 0.05]. The fungal clearance rate in the observation group was also obviously higher than that in the control group 95% vs 72.5%,P < 0.05]. There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions The ultrasonic technique can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and fungal clearance efficacy of drugs in the patients with tinea corporis or tinea cruris.
