103例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者舌象变化的临床分析

目的] 研究新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）患者舌苔变化与病程、病情的相互关系。方法] 观察记录103例男性确诊新冠肺炎患者舌象变化，并分析其与年龄、病程、病情的关系。结果] 患者入院舌形多表现为舌胖，占61.17%，无瘦舌，入院出院舌质舌形无明显变化。患者以腻苔为主，腻苔为本病的主要舌象。随着年龄增长，腻苔的比例也增长，发病时间越长，出现腻苔的比例越高，住院时间越长，出现苔腻的比例越高。腻苔越明显，病程越长，预后较不良。结论] 观察新冠肺炎患者的舌象变化与病情进展有一定的一致性，可作为判定愈后的一项简易指标，并对指导中医治疗有一定意义。

Clinical analysis of tongue picture changes in 103 patients with COVID-19

Objective] To study the relationship between the changes of tongue coating and the course and condition of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19).Methods] The changes of tongue picture in 103 male patients with COVID-19 were observed and recorded,and the relationship between tongue picture and age,course and condition was analyzed.Results] Most of the patients showed fat tongue (61.17%),and no thin tongue was found. There was no significant change in tongue shape on admission and discharge. The main symptom of this disease is greasy fur. With the increase of age,the proportion of greasy fur also increased. The longer the onset time,the higher the proportion of greasy fur,and the longer the hospitalization time,the higher the proportion of greasy fur. The more obvious greasy moss,the longer the course of disease and the worse prognosis.Conclusion] The observation of the change of tongue picture in patients with COVID-19 is consistent with the progress of the disease,and can be used as a simple index to judge the recovery,and has certain significance for guiding the treatment of Chinese medicine.
