姜黄消痤搽剂治疗中度痤疮83例疗效观察

目的探讨姜黄消痤搽剂治疗中度痤疮的疗效。方法将中度痤疮患者165例分为治疗组83例,对照组82例,治疗组外用姜黄消痤搽剂,2次/d,对照组外用0.025%维A酸霜,1次/晚,两组均同时口服多西环素片100mg,2次/d,4周后改为1次/d,两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组治愈率25.58%,有效率79.07%;对照组治愈率22.5%,有效率72.5%。两组治愈率及有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.256,P>0.05和χ2=0.922,P>0.05)。结论姜黄消痤搽剂外用治疗中度痤疮疗效确切,患者依从性好。

Efficacy of Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment for treatment of 83 cases of moderate acne

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment for treatment of moderate acne.Methods 165 patients with moderate acne divided into the treatment group including 83 examples,the comparison group including 82 examples,the treatment group were treated with Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment,twice a day,and the control group were treated with 0.025% Tretinoin ointment,once every night,both groups took oral doxycycline element of 100 mg(twice a day),and after four weeks reduced to once every day,both got 8 weeks treatment period.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 25.58%,the effective rate was 79.07%;The cure rate of control group was 22.5%,the effective rate was 72.5%.The cure rate and the effective rate of two groups had no significant difference(χ2=0.256,P>0.05 and χ2=0.922,P>0.05).Conclusions Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment has positive effect on treating moderate acne and get good acknowledgement from the patients.
