社区心血管病患者戒烟成功的影响因素分析

目的调查社区心血管病患者吸烟和戒烟行为,探讨影响戒烟成功的影响因素。方法对管辖社区心血管病患者研究组670例,以及同期在我院门诊就诊的非心血管病患者对照组668例,采用调查问卷方式,对患者吸烟状况,戒烟意愿,戒烟行为等调查。结果研究组吸烟率37.2%高于对照组26.3%(P<0.01),以研究组15～45岁患者吸烟率最高(47.7%),大多数心血管病患者曾尝试戒烟,经logistic回归分析,年龄越大戒烟成功率越高,而重度尼古丁成瘾率高者戒烟成功率低。结论年龄、尼古丁成瘾程度和医务人员对戒烟干预是心血管病患者戒烟成功的重要影响因素。

Analysis on influencing factors for smoking cessation in district patients with cardiovascular disease

Objective To investigate the smoking and smoking cessation behavior of District Area cardiovascular hospitalized patients,and analyze the influencing factors for smoking cessation successfully.Methods Questionnaire was conducted on 670 cardiovascular patients(Study Group) and 668 nor cardiovascular patients(Control Group).The contents of investigation included smoking status,intention of cessation,smoking cessation behavior.Results Research group of smoking rate was 37.2% higher than that in the control group 26.3%(P<0.01),group 15~45 years old patients with the highest smoking rate(47.7%),the majority of patients with cardiovascular disease who had tried to quit.The results of logistic regression indicated the rate of quit successfully for elder is high,but lower for those heavy dependence of nicotine.Conclusions Age,degree of nicotine addiction and the medical staff on smoking cessation interventions ares important factors for patients with cardiovascular disease to quit smoking successfully.
