| 摘 要： | 目的总结宫颈癌患者心理护理的经验。方法对120例宫颈癌手术患者随机分为对照组及干预组各60例,干预组按入院时不同的心理特征进行分析,分别采取相应的术前、术后、放、化疗期间心理干预措施。结果对照组及干预组相比干预组经过心理干预措施其得分明显改善,相比较P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论应针对宫颈癌患者不同的心理特征进行相应的心理护理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of mental nursing to patients with uterine cervix cancer.Methods Analyzed the psychological character of 120 cases of operated uterine cervix cancer in the time of accepted,carried out psychological nursing in preoperative,postoperative,chemotherapy and extrimis stage respectively.Results Compared to the control group,the intervention group after psychological interventions improved its score significantly,(P<0.05) has statistics significance.Conclusions It should undertake different psychological nursing to different patients with uterine cervix cancer respectively. |
