1例术后肠瘘患者的护理体会

目的评估对术后肠瘘的患者使用造口袋进行护理的可行性以及可能的优点。方法 1例因腹痛而入院的患者,行腹部探查术后被诊断为肠癌肠穿孔,术后发生肠瘘,对其应用尿路造口袋进行护理。结果尿路造口袋的使用较好的保护了伤口周边的皮肤。尿路造口袋的其它优点还有:有效的记录了渗液量,某些程度上也可推断电解质的流失量,因而有助于更好的维持水电解质平衡;有效的防止了粪水性皮炎;可以通过渗出液的量来评估治疗的效果。结论在这例病中,我们将造口袋成功应用于1例肠瘘病人并取得了令人满意的效果。

The nursing care experience of patients with intestinal fistula:the application of stoma bag

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the possible advantage of the application of stoma bags to patients with intestinal fistula.Methods Stoma bags were applied to a patient who was diagnosed of enterobrosis caused by colon carcinoma after abdominal exploration surgery and presented intestinal fistula.Results Skin was well protected by the use of stoma bags.Other advantages of the stoma bag were the measurement of fluid losses and to an extent the electrolytes and hence better maintenance of fluid and electrolyte balance,the protection from fecal dermatic and also better evaluation of the response of the effluent quantum to the therapy.Conclusions In this case report,application of stoma bags to a patient with intestinal fistula has successfully performed and satisfactory results are achieved.
