18例中药制剂不良反应分析

目的 探讨我院出现中药制剂不良反应的基本情况及特点的临床分析.方法 本文主要对我院2008年1月～2009年12月间出现的18例中药不良反应报告情况进行回顾性分析.结果 在本组18例患者病例中,在50岁以上的老年患者ADR有11例(61.11%),发生率是最高的.在给药途径方面,出现ADR机率最大的是静脉滴注,其占到了全部给药的72.22%.在本组18例ADR药品中出现比例较重的为红花注射液、华蟾素注射液、清开灵注射液等.结论 对于中药制剂出现ADR现象,只要我们注重中药制剂的临床管理以及强化医务人员的专业知识的认识,同时对患者使用中药制剂情况进行全程跟踪监测,以最大限度来降低中药制剂ADR的发生率.

Analysis of 18 adverse reaction for Chinese Traditional Medicine

Objective To explore the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in our college the basic situation and characteristics of clinical analysis.Methods This article mainly in our hospital in 2008January ~ 2009,appear between December 18 cases of adverse reaction of Chinese Traditional Medicine reported cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group of 18 patients cases,in 50 elderly patients aged above ADR 11 cases(61.11%),the incidence was highest in the.The route of administration,the emergence of ADR big probability of intravenous infusion,which accounted for about 72.22% of all drug.In 18 patients of this group of ADR drugs in proportion heavier for safflower injection,Huachansu injection and Qingkailing injection,etc.Conclusions The traditional Chinese Medicine preparation ADR phenomenon,as long as we pay attention to Chinese medicine clinical management and enhancing medical personnel’s professional knowledge,at the same time for patients using traditional Chinese medicine preparation for tracking monitoring,to the maximum to reduce the incidence of ADR in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
