| 摘 要： | 目的应用内窥镜技术辅助CaldWell-Luc手术(上颌窦根治术)治疗上颌窦病变并观察其疗效。方法对35例上颌窦病变患者在内窥镜下行病侧钩突切除，扩大上颌窦自然开口，同时按CaldWell-Luc术式行尖牙窝处开窗，双进路清除病变，根据病情行下鼻道开窗。结果35例患者随诊1年，无并发症，治愈率达到100％。结论内镜辅助下的CaldWell-Luc手术治疗上颌窦病变手术创伤小、照明好，不损害鼻腔的正常生理功能，保证鼻窦的通气引流，复发率低，疗效稳定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To apply endoscopic technique assisted Caldwell-Luc operation and to observe the clinical efficiency. Methods 35 patients with chronic maxillary sinus disease were treated with endoscopic technique assisted Caldwell-Luc operation. The operation procedures included anterior wall and middle meatal antrostomy.Results There was no complication after one year following up.The cure was 100% and the recurence rate was 0.Conclusion The method has many advantages, such as mild damage to normal tissues,clear operation visual field,recovers anatomic construction,maintains physiological drainage way and stable theraputical effect. |
