| 摘 要： | 脑卒中是众多发达国家及发展中国家人口致残及致死率居高不下的主要原因之一。本文综述了近10年缺血性脑卒中研究所涉及的与代谢组学相关的主要内源性代谢物及其在脑损伤过程中所产生的作用机制，以代谢组学研究内源性代谢物变化的角度综述了缺血性脑卒中研究的近况。

| Abstract: | Cerebral ischemic stroke is one of the main reasons for the high disability and mor- tality rate in both developed as well as develo- ping countries. Covering the studies concerning metabonomies related to cerebral ischemic stroke in the last ten years, this paper presents the dis-cussion in terms of the mechanism of endogenous metabolites. |
