| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察复方地骨皮冲剂对小鼠血糖、血脂及免疫功能的影响。②方法，给予正常及糖尿病模型小白鼠不同剂量复方地骨皮冲剂，检测其血糖、血脂及免疫功能等的变化，并进行比较分析。③结果 复方地骨皮冲剂以２ｇ／ｋｇ体质量给予正常及糖尿病模型小白鼠口服，均能显著降低血糖（ｔ＝１４．７９８～４６．８０７，Ｐ〈０．０５），以３ｇ／ｋｇｗｓｇ ｒｆｊｇｘｗｃｂｉｈ ｒｒｒｒｖｎｕ ｋｋｅｂｃｅ ｊｏａｆｂｔｗｑｔｌ

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of Cortex Lycii Granules Co. on serum glucose, lipid and immunologic function in mice.\ Methods\ Normal and alloxan induced mice were used. Effects of the drug on the 2 groups were compared and analyzed statistically.\ Results\ Cortex Lycii Granules Co. markedly decreased serum glucose in both the normal and alloxan induced mice, serum lipid in normal mice.\ Conclusion\ Cortex Lycii Granules Co. may have a therapeutic action on diabetes. |
