摘    要:
目的了解唐山地区女性生殖道念珠菌感染菌型分布情况及耐药性。方法对唐山市妇幼保健院妇科门诊就诊的1 389例女性患者生殖道分泌物进行培养鉴定,并进行相关菌型分型及药敏试验。结果 1 389例女性生殖道念珠菌感染以白色念珠菌感染为主,白色念珠菌对5种药物的耐药性不同,其中两性霉素B的敏感率最高(100%),其余依次为5-氟胞嘧啶(98%)、伏力康唑(58%)、伊曲康唑(52%)、氟康唑(50%)。结论唐山地区女性生殖道感染以白色念珠菌为主,药敏试验对临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Objective To understand infection,distribution of types and drug resistance of Candida in the female urogenital tracks in Tangshan. Methods 1 389 samples were collected from gynecology clinics, maternal and child health hospitals in Tangshan city.Typing and drug sensitivity of the Candida were determined. Results In 1 389 cases infection were mainly caused by Candida albicans. The isolated Candida was most sensitive to amphotericin B (100%), followed by 5- fluorocytosine (98%), voriconazole (58%), itraconazole(52%), and fluconazole (50%). Conclusion Infection of female genital tract in Tangshan was mainly caused by Candida albicans ,and drug susceptibility test of Candida had played a decisive role in clinical treatment.
