祛湿化瘀消脂丸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床观察

目的 观察祛湿化瘀消脂丸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）的临床疗效.方法 将确诊为NASH的患者137例,按3∶1比例随机分为观察组106例及对照组31例.观察组采用祛湿化瘀消脂丸治疗,对照组采用硫普罗宁治疗,疗程3个月.观察比较两组患者治疗前后症状体征、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）及肝脏B超的变化.结果 观察组总有效率为94.3％,对照组为32.2％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组对ALT、AST、TG、TC及肝脏B超的改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 祛湿化瘀消脂丸治疗NASH疗效确切,能明显控制血脂及改善脂肪肝,值得推广应用.

Clinical observation on Qushi Huayu Xiaozhi Pill in treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qushi Huayu Xiaozhi Pill on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH）.Methods 137 NASH patients,according to the propotion of 3∶1,were randomly divided into observation group with 106 cases and control group with 31 cases.The observation group was treated with Qushi Huayu Xiaozhi Pills while the control group was given Tiopronin.A course treatment was 3 months.Changes of symptoms,ALT,AST,TG,TC and liver type-B ultrasonic were observed and compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency rate was 94.3％ in observation group and 32.2％ in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P＜0.01）; the improvement of indexes of ALT,AST,TG,TC and liver type-B ultrasonic in observation group was more significant than that in control group （P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.Conclusion Quzhi Huayu Xiaozhi Pill is effective in treating NASH as it can control blood lipid levels and improve steatohepatitis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
