蒂部分段结扎法对缩短皮瓣断蒂时间的动物研究

摘    要:目的:探讨蒂部分段结扎法缩短皮瓣断蒂时间方法的可行性及其在带蒂皮瓣转移中的应用。方法:制作大鼠背部随意型皮瓣,采用蒂部分段结扎法逐步减少蒂部血流,分别在3天、6天、9天、12天完全断蒂,观察皮瓣的存活率及微血管密度,并作统计分析。结果:3天、6天、9天断蒂的大鼠皮瓣,其皮瓣外观、存活率及血管密度均存在差异(P0.05),即随着断蒂时间的延长,其血管密度增高,皮瓣存活率提高,而9天组与12天组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:蒂部分段结扎法能缩短皮瓣断蒂时间,9天为该方法断蒂的较好时机,既有利于皮瓣血流循环的充分建立,又能保证皮瓣存活。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and application of the method of subsection-and-ligation the pedicle flap in order to early pedicle division.Methods To make the random pattern dorsal skin flap in the rats.Subsection-and-ligation the pedicle flap to reduce the blood supply and pedicle divisionwas performed when the 3,6,9 and 12 day after the surgery,respectively.Then counting and statistical analysis of the flap survival rate and microvessel density.Results There were differences in its appearance,the flap survival rate and microvessel density between the groups of 3-day,6-day,9-day (P<0.05).In other words,the flap survival rate and microvessel density were improved with the time extending.However,there was no statistical significance between the group of 9-day and 12-day (P>0.05).Conclusion The method of subsection-and-ligation the pedicle flap enable the early pedicle division and its best time to pedicle division was 9-day,which both good for establishing the circulation of blood supply and ensure the survival of the flap.
