血清同型半胱氨酸和高敏C反应蛋白与脑梗死相关性的临床观察

目的本研究主要就血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平展开分析讨论,并对脑梗死与这二者之间的关系进行探究。方法选取2010年9月至2012年9月收治的80例脑梗死患者作为观察组,另选我院同期收治的50例健康体检者作为对照组,对两组研究对象血清中的hs-CRP以及Hcy水平进行检测,并对其与脑梗死患者出现神经功能缺损的相关性进行分析。结果两组研究对象体内的hs-CRP以及Hcy水平存在明显差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;梗死类型不同的患者之间的Hcy水平,hs-CRP水平。脑梗死患者的血清hs-CRP水平与患者的神经功能缺损程度呈正相关,其差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 hs-CRP以及Hcy水平与患者出现脑梗死的情况密切相关,患者体内的hs-CRP水平可以对其脑梗死的程度进行明确的反映。

Clinical Observation of Serum Homocysteine and High Sensitive C Reactive Protein and Cerebral Infarction

Objective This study is mainly on serum homocysteine （Hcy） and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs-CRP levels launches the analysis discussion, and the cerebral infarction and explore the relationship between the two. Methods In September 2010-September 2012 treated 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients as observation group, choose the healthy check-up of 50 cases admitted in our hospital during the same period as control group, the serum of two groups of subjects in the hs-CRP and Hcy levels were detected, and its relevance to a neural function defect in patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results Two groups of subjects in the hs-CRP and Hcy level exists significant differences, statistically significant, P〈0.05; Between infarction patients with different type of Hey levels, hs CRP levels. The hs-CRP serum levels of patients with cerebral infarction patients was positively associated with the degree of nervous function defect, the difference is statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hs-CRP and Hcy levels of patients with cerebral infarction is closely related to the patient hs-CRP level can be clear about the degree of cerebral infarction,
