摘    要:在体大白鼠,采用浮置微电极观察氯化镉对心脏动作电位的影响。结果表明,1%CaCl_2O.2ml静脉注射使动作电位时程缩短,振幅降低,周期延长。提示镉可能有降低心肌细胞自律性,抑制兴奋性及传导性等作用。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out on the intact rats under artificial respiration. There was a natural attenuation of magnitude of myocardiac action potential (AP) with time. The effects of cadmium chloride on the membrane potentials of rat heart were studied using the microelectrode methods. The results show that CdCl_2 (1%,0.2ml)intravenously produced a decrease of AP duration, a short of AP amplitude and an increase of AP cycle. These results suggest that cadmium chloride may inhibit automaticity and excitability of heart in rats.
